1. My New Year’s Challenge 2011/People: Alli I’m so glad Alli was added to my mentorship line because she’s another person on my list of people that I’m glad to have gotten to know better this year.  She’s my grand-mentee but she’s also become one of my really great friends.  We’ve hung out a lot this year and to be honest sometimes I forget that she’s second year.  She’s also an unofficial roommate of The Doghouse. Alli’s another person who I’ve seen grow a lot since I first met her and I’m honestly so proud of her and everything she has done so far.   This picture was taken the time I forced her to audition for Moro Princess (remember that Grand?)
